Your study progress, answers, and case study completion history
Performance dashboard metrics and NCLEX readiness predictions
App preferences and settings

This data is stored locally using AsyncStorage and SQLite and is not transmitted to our servers.

Information processed by Apple (not by us):

Subscription status and transaction receipts (handled by Apple's StoreKit)
Apple ID for in-app purchases (we never see your Apple ID)

How We Use Information

Information collected on your device is used solely to:

Provide core App functionality including case studies, AI diagnostics, and the performance dashboard
Track your study progress and generate readiness predictions
Verify your active Pro subscription status

Information We Do Not Collect

We do not collect personal identifying information
We do not collect your name, email address, or phone number
We do not collect location data
We do not use third-party advertising or analytics SDKs
We do not sell or share data with third parties

Data Security

All study data is stored locally on your device. We employ Apple's standard security measures including device-level encryption. You can delete all App data at any time by uninstalling the App.

Children's Privacy

The App is intended for nursing students and healthcare professionals aged 17 and older. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.

Subscription Information

The App offers a single Pro subscription plan at $34.99 USD per month. This is an auto-renewable monthly subscription managed entirely through your Apple ID and Apple's App Store. Subscription receipts are validated through Apple's StoreKit framework. To manage or cancel your subscription, visit your Apple ID settings on your device.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
