Please read these Terms of Use ("Terms") carefully before using the NCJMM Clinical Judgment Trainer mobile application ("App") operated by SCRUB LIFE ("we," "us," or "our"). By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms.
By accessing or using the App, you confirm that you accept these Terms and agree to comply with them. If you do not agree, you must not use the App.
IMPORTANT EDUCATIONAL DISCLAIMER: The App is an educational study tool intended to help nursing students prepare for the Next-Generation NCLEX (NGN) examination. The case studies, AI-generated diagnostics, and "readiness predictor" are educational simulations only.
The App is not medical advice and must not be used to diagnose, treat, or make clinical decisions about real patients. Always rely on licensed clinical judgment, established protocols, and the supervision of qualified healthcare professionals in real clinical practice.
SCRUB LIFE is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by the National Council of State Boards of Nursing (NCSBN). The Next-Generation NCLEX® and NCJMM (Clinical Judgment Measurement Model) are concepts owned by NCSBN. Our App provides independent educational practice content based on publicly available frameworks. The "readiness predictor" is an estimate based on your in-app performance and does not guarantee any actual NCLEX outcome.
SCRUB LIFE Pro — Subscription Details:
This is the only subscription plan available. There are no annual or quarterly options.
Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. Your subscription automatically renews at $34.99 USD per month unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. Your Apple ID will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period. You can manage and cancel your subscription at any time in your Apple ID account settings. No refund will be provided for the unused portion of any current subscription period.
The App includes one free clinical case study available to all users without a subscription. Additional case studies and all Pro features require an active SCRUB LIFE Pro subscription.
Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App on Apple-branded devices that you own or control, for your personal, non-commercial educational use only.

All content in the App — including case studies, AI prompts, dashboard designs, and the SCRUB LIFE brand — is owned by SCRUB LIFE or its licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark law.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SCRUB LIFE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR EXAM PERFORMANCE, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP. THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time for violation of these Terms. You may stop using the App at any time. Cancellation of your subscription must be done through your Apple ID account settings.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the App or on this page. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts located in San Bernardino County, California.
